We are responsible for collecting data on our SLA children grades Pre-8.
We need to know and keep track of each child's:
Grade, Gender, Reading and Math Proficiencies Pre/Post
We may use any of the following measures to determine proficiency:
NOTE: Districts opting to include local measures will weight their own verifiable multiple measures as 50% of the proficiency rating used to assess student performance in reading/language arts and math. (50% local, multiple measures, 50% State Assessment).
Multiple Measures may include:
· norm-referenced tests
· criterion-referenced tests
· performance-based assessments
· district-developed assessments
· class grades or other teacher assessments
· portfolios with rubrics
· Other valid and reliable measures
The following are items that I will be compiling during the summer, but I need your input in the decision making:
We have to list the Reading instructional goal that guided the Title I Summer Extended Time program (Please list Elementary, Middle, and Secondary goals separately).
We have to list the Math instructional goal that guided the Title I Summer Extended Time program (Please list Elementary, Middle, and Secondary goals separately).
In detail, please describe your Summer program (I will take care of this one).
I need bot secretaries to help me with this last one:
Additional requirements:
Ø Attach the daily schedule
Ø List the instructional materials used
Ø Include agenda from staff development for this specific program (this could be from faculty meetings, emails, blogs, etc.).
Also, we must provide an explanation as to how you relate them to the Title I Proficiency levels.
